补阴类单味中药在甲状腺功能亢进症、糖尿病中的作用研究进展

Research Progress on the Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Yin Tonics in Hyperthyroidism and Diabetes

中医辨证分型中,阴虚是甲状腺功能亢进症(简称甲亢)合并糖尿病最为常见的证型,补阴类中药在中药治疗甲亢合并糖尿病中起着重要作用,该文就补阴类的单味中药及其有效成分在治疗甲亢、糖尿病方面的实验研究进展进行概述,总结了相关文献报道中比较常用的麦冬、北沙参、石斛、百合、玉竹、生地、知母等七味补阴类中药在治疗糖尿病及甲亢中的作用机理及疗效,以期为甲亢合并糖尿病相关中药的进一步研发及临床应用提供参考。

In the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine,Yin deficiency is the most common syndrome type of hyperthyroidism combined with diabetes.Traditional Chinese medicine of yin tonics plays an important role in the treatment of hyperthyroidism combined with diabetes.This paper summarizes the experimental research progress of traditional Chinese medicine of yin tonics and its active ingredients in the treatment of hyperthyroidism and diabetes,and summarizes the mechanism and efficacy of seven traditional Chinese medicines of yin tonics such as Radix Ophiopogonis,Radix Glehniae,Dendrobium,Lily,Polygonatum,Rehmannia,and Anemarrhena in the treatment of diabetes and hyperthyroidism.To provide reference for the further development and clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine related to hyperthyroidism and diabetes.
