摘要
目的 探讨肝囊肿微创硬化治疗过程中超声引导介入穿刺注射聚桂醇注射液的应用效果。方法 非随机选取济宁市兖州区人民医院于2022年6月—2023年10月收治的80例肝囊肿微创硬化治疗患者为研究对象,按照用药方法不同分为对照组(超声引导介入穿刺注射无水乙醇注射液)和观察组(超声引导介入穿刺注射聚桂醇注射液),各40例。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、肝囊肿体积、肝功能指标[碱性磷酸酶(alkaline phosphatase, ALP)、总蛋白(total protein, TP)、总胆红素(total bilirubin, TBIL)]、应激指标[皮质醇(cortisol,Cor)、血管紧张素(angiotensinⅡ, AngⅡ)、促肾上腺皮质激素(adrenocor ticotropic hormore, ACTH)]、不良反应。结果 观察组患者的总有效率为97.50%(39/40),高于对照组的80.00%(32/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组不同时间点囊肿体积均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后48 h,观察组TP高于对照组,ALP、TBIL、Cor、Ang-Ⅱ、ACTH均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组治疗后不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 肝囊肿微创硬化治疗期间经超声指导下介入穿刺注射聚桂醇注射液具有较高安全性、有效性,能够缩小肝囊肿,减轻肝功能损伤。
Objective To discuss the application effect of ultrasound-guided interventional puncture injection of lauromacrogol injection in the process of minimally invasive sclerotherapy of liver cysts.Methods From June 2022 to October 2023,eighty patients with minimally invasive sclerotherapy of liver cysts received by Yanzhou District People′s Hospital of Jining City were non-randomly selected as the research objects.According to different medication methods,they were divided into control group(ultrasound-guided interventional puncture injection of anhydrous ethanol injection)and observation group(ultrasound-guided interventional puncture injection of lauromacrogol injection),forty cases in each group.The total treatment efficiency,hepatic cyst volume,liver function indexes[alkaline phosphatase(ALP),total protein(TP),total bilirubin(TBIL)],stress indexes[cortisol(Cor),angiotensin II(Ang II),adrenocorticotropic hormore(ACTH)]and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of in the observation group was 97.50%(39/40),which was higher than 80.00%(32/40)in the control group,and the difference were statistically significant (χ2=4.507, P<0.05). After treatment, the cyst volume of the observation group were smaller than that of the control group at different time points, and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). At 48 h after treatment, TP in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, ALP, TBIL, Cor, Ang-II and ACTH were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound-guided interventional puncture and injection of lauromacrogol injection during minimally invasive sclerotherapy of hepatic cysts has high safety and effectiveness, which can reduce hepatic cysts and reduce liver function damage.
