探讨多奈哌齐联合奥氮平治疗老年痴呆伴发精神行为症状患者的临床价值

To Explore the Clinical Value of Donepezil Combined with Olanzapine in the Treatment of Senile Dementia Patients with Psychobehavioral Symp⁃toms

目的 探讨采用多奈哌齐联合奥氮平药物对老年痴呆伴发精神行为症状患者展开疾病治疗的价值。方法 非随机选取枣庄市精神卫生中心于2020年3月—2023年5月收治的68例老年痴呆合并精神行为症状患者为研究对象。依据治疗方法不同分组,参照组(34例)给予奥氮平药物治疗,研究组(34例)给予多奈哌齐+奥氮平药物治疗。比较两组患者的用药总有效率、不良反应情况、日常生活活动评分以及简易智力状态检查评分。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为94.12%(32/34),高于参照组的76.47%(26/34),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.220,P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组日常生活活动评分以及简易智力状态检查评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。治疗后,两组均较治疗前改善,且研究组改善更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 采用多奈哌齐联合奥氮平治疗老年痴呆伴发精神行为症状患者的疗效较好,无额外不良反应,可以有效增强患者日常生活活动能力和改善认知功能,有利于改善患者预后。

Objective To explore the value of Donepezil combined with olanzapine in the treatment of senile dementia patients with psychobehavioral symptoms.Methods A total of sixty-eight patients with senile dementia combined with mental and behavioral symptoms admitted to Zaozhuang Mental Health Center from March 2020 to May 2023 were non-randomly selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,the reference group(thirty-four cases)was treated with olanzapine,and the study group(thirty-four cases)was treated with donepezil+olanzapine.The total effective rate,adverse reactions,Activities of Daily Living score and Mini-mental State Examination score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 94.12%(32/34),which was higher than 76.47%(26/34)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.220,P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the scores of Activities of Daily Living score and Mini-mental State Examination between two groups(both P>0.05).After treatment,both groups improved compared with before treatment,and the improvement was more obvious in the study group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Donepezil combined with olanzapine is effective in the treatment of senile dementia patients with mental and behavioral symptoms, without additional adverse reactions. It can effectively enhance the ability of daily living activities and cognitive function of patients, and is conducive to improving the prognosis of patients.
