摘要
目的 评价非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎采用鼻内镜治疗的有效性及安全性。方法 非随机选取泰州市中医院2020年1月—2023年12月收治的78例非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎患者为研究对象,以治疗方法不同分对照组和观察组,各39例,对照组患者采用传统柯陆氏术治疗,观察组行鼻内镜手术。比较两组临床疗效、炎性介质水平及并发症情况。结果 观察组治疗有效率为94.87%(37/39),高于对照组的79.49%(31/39),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.129,P<0.05);观察组白细胞介素5、肿瘤坏死因子α低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎鼻采用内镜手术治疗能有效缓解患者临床症状,降低炎性介质水平及并发症情况,安全性较好。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of endoscopic treatment for non-invasive fungal sinusitis.Methods A total of seventy-eight patients with non-invasive fungal sinusitis at Taizhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were non-randomly selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by different treatment methods,each group thirty-nine cases.The control group treated with traditional Ke Lushi,observation group underwent endoscopic sinus surgery.Compare the clinical efficacy,inflammatory mediator levels,and complications between two groups.Results The observation group treatment effective rate was 94.87%(37/39),higher than control group 79.49%(31/39),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.129,P<0.05);The level of interleukin-5 and tumor necrosis factor-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05);The observation group total complications incidence was lower than control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of using nasal endoscopic surgery to treat non-invasive fungal sinusitis is significant.can clinical symptoms patients effectively alleviate,reduce the probability of patients′inflammatory medium levels and complications,have good safety.
