摘要
目的 研究分析在腹腔镜手术患者中应用地佐辛与右美托咪定镇静的效果。方法 非随机选取苏州市第九人民医院2023年7—12月接受腹腔镜手术的120例患者作为本次研究对象,按麻醉方法不同分组,对照组患者(60例)给予异丙酚+地佐辛麻醉,研究组患者(60例)给予右美托咪定+地佐辛麻醉,对比分析两组患者的镇静效果。结果 研究组患者术后2、4、6 h视觉模拟评分分别为(3.15±0.42)分、(4.25±0.39)分、(4.43±0.20)分,均低于对照组的(3.87±0.61)分、(4.61±0.37)分、(4.87±0.26)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.530、5.187、10.390,P均<0.05)。研究组血流动力学各项指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。麻醉时及术后研究组患者应激反应各项指标水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 对腹腔镜手术患者实施地佐辛与右美托咪定镇静可稳定血流动力学,减轻术后疼痛感及应激反应。
Objective To study the sedation effect of dezocine and dexmedetomidine in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery in the Ninth People′s Hospital of Suzhou from July to December 2023 were non-randomly selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups by different anesthetic drugs for sedation,and the control group(60 cases)was given propofol+dezocine anesthesia.The study group(60 cases)received dexmedetomidine+dezocine anesthesia,and the sedation effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results The Visual Analogue Scale scores in the study group were 3.15±0.42,4.25±0.39 and 4.43±0.20 in 2 h,4 h and 6 h after the surgery,respectively,which were lower than 3.87±0.61,4.61±0.37 and 4.87±0.26 in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=7.530,5.187,10.390,all P<0.05).The indexes of hemodynamics in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The levels of stress response indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group during anesthesia and after surgery,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Dezocine and dexmedetomidine sedation can stabilize hemodynamics and reduce postoperative pain and stress response in laparoscopic patients.
