超敏C反应蛋白血常规检测对老年肺炎的诊断价值

The Diagnostic Value of hs-CRP Combined with Blood Routine Test in El⁃derly Patients with Pneumonia

目的 探讨超敏C反应蛋白(hypersensitive C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)联合血常规检测对老年肺炎的诊断价值。方法 非随机选取2023年1—6月湛江市第二中医医院收治的118例老年肺炎患者为疾病组,同时选取同期118名健康体检者作为健康组,对两组研究对象均进行hs-CRP及血常规检测,对比两组研究对象的hs-CRP及血常规指标水平,对比hs-CRP、血常规单独检测及联合检测的诊断效能。结果 疾病组白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数、淋巴细胞计数、hs-CRP水平均高于健康组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。联合检测的灵敏度、特异度、准确度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为98.31%(116/118)、97.46%(115/118)、97.88%(231/236)、97.48%(116/119)、98.29%(115/117),均高于单一检测,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=24.873、9.495、14.990、21.872、10.808,P均<0.05)。结论 老年肺炎诊断中,hs-CRP联合血常规检测的诊断价值更高。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)combined with routine blood test in elderly pneumonia.Methods 118 elderly patients with pneumonia admitted to Zhanjiang Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to June 2023 were non-randomly selected as the disease group,and 118 healthy subjects in the same period were selected as the healthy group.The two groups of subjects were tested for hs-CRP and blood routine,and the levels of hs-CRP and blood routine indexes were compared between the two groups.The diagnostic efficacy of hs-CRP,blood routine alone and combined detection was compared.Results The levels of leukocyte count,neutrophil count,lymphocyte count,and hs-CRP in the disease group were higher than those in the healthy group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value,and negative predictive value of the combined test were 98.31%(116/118),97.46%(115/118),97.88%(231/236),97.48%(116/119),and 98.29%(115/117),respectively,which were higher than those of the single test,and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=24.873,9.495,14.990,21.872,10.808,all P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic value of hs-CRP combined with routine blood tests is higher in the diagnosis of pneumonia in the elderly.
