摘要
目的观察泊沙康唑与伏立康唑用于异基因造血干细胞移植(allogeneic hematopoietic stemcell transplantation,allo-HSCT)后侵袭性真菌感染(invasive fungal infection,IFI)预防中的临床效果。方法非随机选取2022年8月—2023年8月新疆医科大学第一附属医院接受allo-HSCT后进行IFI预防的82例患者为研究对象,按用药不同分组。参照组给予伏立康唑预防,研究组给予泊沙康唑预防,每组41例,针对两组预防效果展开分析和比较。结果研究组治疗总有效率为95.12%(39/41),明显高于参照组的82.93%(34/41),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.145,P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率低于参照组,研究组IFI的预防效果较参照组优,但差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论针对allo-HSCT后IFI的高危风险患者,相比伏立康唑,泊沙康唑的临床治疗效果更优,可降低其发生IFI的可能性,在预防中具有良好的安全性。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of posaconazole and voriconazole in the prophylaxis of invasive fungal infection(IFI)after allogeneic hematopoietic stemcell transplantation(allo-HSCT).Methods Eighty-two patients underwent IFI prophylaxis after allo-HSCT in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from August 2022 to August 2023 were non-randomly selected as study subjects,and were divided into two groups by different medication.The reference group was given voriconazole prophylaxis,and the study group was given posaconazole prophylaxis,with forty-one cases each,and the effect of prophylaxis was analyzed and compared in the two groups.Results Compared with 82.93%(34/41)in reference group,the total effective rate of treatment 95.12%(39/41)in study group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.145,P<0.05);The adverse reaction incidence rate in study group was lower than that of reference group,preventive effect of IFI was better than that in the reference group,but the differences were not statistically significant(both P>0.05).Conclusion The preventive effect of IFIs after allo-HSCT was better than that of the reference group.patients at high risk of IFI after allo-HSCT,compared with voriconazole,posaconazole has a superior clinical therapeutic effect,which can reduce the possibility of IFI and has a good safety in prevention.
