摘要
目的评估益生菌内镜下给药联合美沙拉嗪在溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)治疗中的临床效果及安全性,为临床提供参考。方法回顾性选取2022年3月—2024年3月赤峰市肿瘤医院收治的100例UC患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法不同分为两组,每组50例。对比组采用美沙拉嗪治疗,探究组采用益生菌内镜下给药联合美沙拉嗪治疗。对比两组的肠道微生态、炎症因子、营养状态水平与不良反应。结果治疗后,探究组的肠道微生态、炎症因子、营养状态水平均优于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。探究组不良反应发生率为12.00%(6/50),高于对比组的8.00%(4/50),但差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.444,P>0.05)。结论益生菌内镜下给药联合美沙拉嗪治疗UC相较于单独使用美沙拉嗪具有更好的临床效果,能够改善肠道微生态,降低炎症因子水平,提高营养指标,安全性较好。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of endoscopic administration of probiotics combined with mesalazine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC),and to provide reference for clinical practice.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with UC admitted to Chifeng Tumor Hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were retrospectively selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mesalazine,and the study group was treated with probiotics endoscopic administration combined with mesalazine.The intestinal microecology,inflammatory factors,nutritional status and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of intestinal microecology,inflammatory factors and nutritional status in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 12.00%(6/50),higher than 8.00%(4/50)in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(χ2=0.444,P>0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic administration of probiotics combined with mesalazine has a better clinical effect than mesalazine alone in the treatment of UC.It can improve intestinal microecology,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,improve nutritional indicators,and has better safety.
