曼月乐联合醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗子宫腺肌病的临床疗效与安全性研究

Clinical Efficacy and Safety Study of Mirena Combined with Leuprolide Acetate in the Treatment of Adenomyosis

目的 分析曼月乐联合醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗子宫腺肌病的价值。方法 回顾性选取迁市第一人民医院于2021年5月—2023年8月收治的78例子宫腺肌患者的临床资料,根据治疗方式不同分两组,各39例。对照组注射醋酸亮丙瑞林,研究组在此基础上使用曼月乐。对比两组临床疗效、子宫指标、性激素水平及不良反应。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为97.43%(38/39),高于对照组的79.49%(31/39),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.522,P<0.05)。研究组子宫体积、内膜厚度、性激素水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 曼月乐联合醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗子宫腺肌病能够提高疗效、降低子宫体积及子宫内膜厚度、改善性激素水平,且安全性较高。

Objective To analyze the value of mirena combined with leuprelin acetate in the treatment of adenomyopathy.Methods Clinical data of seventy-eight patients with adenomyus treated in Qianshi First People′s Hospital from May 2021 to August 2023 were retrospectively selected,and were divided into two groups with thirty-nine cases each according to different treatment methods.The control group was injected with leuprelin acetate,and the study group received mirena on this basis.The clinical efficacy,uterine indexes,sex hormone levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.43%(38/39),which was higher than 79.49%(31/39)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.522,P<0.05).The uterine volume,endometrial thickness and sex hormone level of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Mirena combined with leuprelin acetate in the treatment of adenomyosis can improve efficacy,reduce uterine volume and endometrial thickness,improve sex hormone levels,and have high safety.
