卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗妊娠合并乙肝病毒感染产妇宫缩乏力性产后出血疾病的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Carboprost Aminobutanetriol in the Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhagic Disease due to Contraction Weakness in Moth⁃ers with Hepatitis B Virus Infection in Combined Pregnancy

目的分析妊娠合并乙肝病毒感染产妇宫缩乏力性产后出血实施卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗的效果。方法非随机选取2022年11月—2023年11月滕州市中心人民医院收治的62例宫缩乏力性产后出血患者研究对象,患者均合并乙肝病毒感染。按治疗方法分为参考组、探究组,各31例。参考组进行常规治疗,探究组加用卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗。比较两组出血情况、临床疗效、凝血功能指标。结果探究组产后出血量低于参考组,止血时间短于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。探究组总有效率为96.77%(30/31),高于参考组的74.19%(23/31),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.679,P<0.05)。探究组凝血指标优于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论卡前列素氨丁三醇能有效控制产后出血,改善凝血功能。

Objective To analyze the effects of carboprost tromethamine in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia in pregnant women with hepatitis B virus infection.Methods Sixty-two patients with contraction weakness postpartum hemorrhage admitted to Tengzhou Central People′s Hospital from November 2022 to November 2023 were non-randomly selected as study subjects,and all of the patients were combined with hepatitis B virus infection.According to the treatment method,they were divided into reference group and exploration group,each with thirty-one cases.The reference group was treated with conventional therapy,and the study group was treated with carboprost tromethamine.Bleeding,clinical efficacy and coagulation function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the exploratory group was lower than that in the reference group,and the time for hemostasis was shorter than that in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total effective rate of the exploratory group was 96.77%(30/31),which was higher than 74.19%(23/31)of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.679,P<0.05).The coagulation indexes of the exploratory group were better than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Carboprost tromethamine is effective in controlling postpartum hemorrhage and improving coagulation.
