摘要
目的研究口腔种植患者采用浓缩生长因子(concentrate growth factors,CGF)治疗的效果。方法非随机选取2022年1月—2024年1月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队九四〇医院收治的100例口腔种植患者为研究对象,按治疗方法分为两组,每组50例。单一手术治疗组施行引导骨再生手术,手术联合治疗组行引导骨再生手术联合浓缩生长因子治疗。对比两组的种植成功率、骨密度、炎症指标、氧化应激指标。结果手术联合治疗组种植成功率为96.00%(48/50),高于单一手术治疗组的76.00%(38/50),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.403,P<0.05)。手术联合治疗组患者骨密度、炎症指标水平、氧化应激指标水平优于单一手术治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论CGF可提高口腔种植成功率,改善骨密度情况、炎症指标及氧化应激指标水平。
Objective To study the effect of treatment with concentrated growth factors(CGF)in oral implant patients.Methods 100 cases of oral implant patients admitted to The 940th Hospital of Joint Logistics Support Force of Chinese People′s Liberation Army from January 2022 to January 2024 were non-randomly selected as study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to treatment methods,with 50 cases in each group.The single-surgery treatment group was treated with guided bone regeneration surgery,the combined-surgery treatment group was treated with guided bone regeneration surgery combined with growth factor concentrate.The implant success rate,bone mineral density,inflammation index and oxidative stress index of the two groups were compared.Results The implantation success rate of the surgical combined treatment group was 96.00%(48/50),which was higher than 76.00%(38/50)of the single surgical treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.403,P<0.05).Bone mineral density,inflammation index levels,and oxidative stress index levels of patients in the combined surgical treatment group were better than those in the single surgical treatment group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion CGF increases success rate of oral implantation,improves bone density profile,and improves inflammatory indicators and oxidative stress indicator levels.
