平衡针灸联合推拿康复治疗对老年颈肩腰腿痛及生活能力的影响研究

Effects of Balanced Acupuncture Combined with Massage on Elderly Pa⁃tients with Neck,Shoulder,Back and Leg Pain and Living Ability

目的 探讨平衡针灸联合推拿康复治疗对老年颈肩腰腿痛及其生活能力的影响。方法 非随机选取2022年7月—2023年7月菏泽市牡丹区中医医院收治的86例老年颈肩腰腿痛患者为研究对象。按治疗方案不同进行分组,每组43例。对照组采用推拿康复治疗,观察组采用平衡针灸与推拿康复的联合治疗。治疗完成后,对比两组的中医证候积分、关节功能改善情况、生活质量以及Oswestry功能障碍指数(Oswestry Disability Index, ODI)评分。结果 治疗后,观察组中医证候积分、关节功能评分、生活质量评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组ODI评分为(32.76±2.05)分,低于对照组的(36.60±2.26)分,差异有统计学意义(t=18.998,P<0.05)。结论 平衡针灸联合推拿康复治疗老年颈肩腰腿痛患者,能降低中医证候积分、改善患者的关节功能、提高生活质量以及降低ODI评分。

Objective To explore the effects of balanced acupuncture combined with massage rehabilitation on elderly patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain and their ability to live.Methods A total of eighty-six elderly patients with neck,shoulder,back and leg pain treated in Mudan District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Heze City from July 2022 to July 2023 were non-randomly selected as the study objects.They were divided into two groups with forty-three cases in each group.The control group was treated with massage rehabilitation,and the observation group was treated with balanced acupuncture and massage rehabilitation.After treatment,Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome scores,joint function improvement,quality of life and Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)scores were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome scores,joint function scores and quality of life scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the ODI score of the observation group was 32.76±2.05,lower than 36.60±2.26 of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=18.998,P<0.05).Conclusion Balanced acupuncture combined with massage for rehabilitation of elderly patients with neck,shoulder,back and leg pain can reduce the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score,improve the joint function of patients,improve the quality of life and reduce ODI score.
