大川芎口服液治疗中风后遗症的疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Dachuanxiong Oral Liquid in the Treatment of Stroke Sequelae

目的 分析大川芎口服液治疗中风后遗症期的临床疗效。方法 非随机选取2022年6月—2023年6月上海市东方医院收治的192例中风后遗症期患者为研究对象。根据治疗方法的不同,将其分为对照组(口服灯盏花素片+常规治疗)和研究组(口服大川芎口服液+常规治疗),各96例。比较两组患者的中医证候疗效、神经功能评分(National Institute of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS)、日常生活能力评分(Activity of Daily Living,ADL)及巴塞尔指数(Barthel,BI)。结果 观察组临床有效率为94.79%(91/96),优于对照组的84.38%(81/96),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.748,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组NIHSS优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组ADL高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组BI分数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 大川芎口服液与西药常规治疗联合用于治疗中风后遗症疗效较好,能有效改善患者中医证候临床表现,提升生活质量。

Objective To analyse the clinical efficacy of Da Chuanxiong oral solution in the treatment of post-stroke sequelae.Methods A total of 192 patients with stroke sequelae admitted to Shanghai Oriental Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were non-randomly selected as the study subjects.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(oral breviscapine tablets+conventional treatment)and study group(oral Dachuanxiong oral liquid+conventional treatment),with 96 cases in each group.The efficacy of TCM syndromes,National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),Activity of Daily Living(ADL)and Barthel index(BI)were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effective rate of the observation group was 94.79%(91/96),which was better than 84.38%(81/96)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=3.748,P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ADL of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The BI score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dachuanxiong oral liquid combined with conventional western medicine is effective in the treatment of stroke sequelae,which can effectively improve the clinical manifestations of TCM syndromes and improve the quality of life.
