刺络放血结合针刺治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Pricking Bloodletting Combined with Acupunc⁃ture in the Treatment of Lumbodorsal Myofascitis

目的 探究腰背肌筋膜炎患者应用刺络放血结合针刺治疗的有效性。方法 回顾性选取北京同仁堂中医医院于2022年7月—2023年6月接诊的90例腰背肌筋膜炎患者的临床资料,根据治疗方式的不同分为两组,对照组(n=45)给予针刺治疗,观察组(n=45)运用刺络放血联合针刺治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率、功能障碍情况、疼痛情况、不良反应发生率。结果 观察组治疗总有效率97.78%(44/45)高于对照组的84.44%(38/45),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.939,P<0.05)。观察组治疗后腰椎功能障碍评分、疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率(包含局部肿胀、水疱、皮肤破损、淤青)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 刺络放血配合针刺疗法对腰背肌筋膜炎有明显的效果,可以促进功能恢复,应用价值高。

Objective To explore the effectiveness of bloodletting combined with acupuncture in the treatment of patients with low back myofascitis.Methods The clinical data of ninety patients with low back myofascitis admitted to Beijing Tongrentang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2022 to June 2023 were retrospectively selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group(n=45)was treated with acupuncture,and the observation group(n=45)was treated with bloodletting combined with acupuncture.The total effective rate,dysfunction,pain and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.78%(44/45),higher than 84.44%(38/45)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.939,P<0.05).After treatment,the lumbar dysfunction score and pain score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions(including local swelling,blisters,skin damage,and bruising)between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Pricking bloodletting combined with acupuncture therapy has a significant effect on low back myofascitis,which can promote functional recovery and has high application value.
