摘要
目的:探讨空气压力波联合抗阻训练在经改良根治术治疗的乳腺癌患者术后康复中的应用价值。方法:采用便利抽样法选取2022年2月—2024年3月新干县人民医院收治的94例乳腺癌患者,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各47例。两组均行改良根治术,术后对照组采用抗阻训练治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联用空气压力波治疗。对比两组上肢水肿程度、肩关节活动度及生活质量。结果:治疗后,两组双上肢周径差均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组肩关节前屈、外展、外旋、内旋活动度均大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组乳腺癌生活质量量表各个维度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:空气压力波治疗联合抗阻训练应用于乳腺癌患者行改良根治术后康复中能有效缓解其术后上肢水肿程度,提高肩关节活动度并改善生活质量。
Objective:To investigate the application value of air pressure wave combined with resistance training in postoperative rehabilitation of breast cancer patients treated by modified radical surgery.Methods:A total of 94 breast cancer patients admitted to the Xingan People’s Hospital from February 2022 to March 2024 were selected by convenience sampling method.They were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.Both groups underwent modified radical surgery,after surgery,The control group received resistance training,the study group received air pressure wave treatment on the basis of the control group.The degree of upper limb edema,shoulder joint motion and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the difference of circumference diameter of both upper limbs in two groups was lower than before treatment,the study group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the motion degree of shoulder flexion,abduction,external rotation and internal rotation in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of all dimensions of breast cancer quality of life scale in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of air pressure wave therapy combined with resistance training in the rehabilitation of breast cancer patients after modified radical surgery can effectively relieve upper limb edema,increase shoulder motion and improve quality of life.
