黄芪建中汤加味联合抗幽门螺杆菌四联疗法对脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡患者的影响

Effect of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction Combined with Anti-Helicobacter Pylori Quadruple Therapy on Patients with Peptic Ulcer of Spleen-Stomach Deficiency Cold Type

目的:探究黄芪建中汤加味联合抗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)四联疗法对脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡患者的影响。方法:选择2022年2月—2024年2月费县人民医院收治的84例脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各42例。对照组采用抗Hp四联疗法,研究组在此基础上联合黄芪建中汤加味治疗。比较两组中医证候积分、胃肠激素水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,研究组胃脘隐痛、喜热喜按、得食痛减的中医证候积分均较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组胃动素、胃泌素均较对照组低,生长抑素较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为16.67%,相较于对照组的23.81%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡患者中采用黄芪建中汤加味联合抗Hp四联疗法治疗,能够有效调节患者胃肠激素水平,缓解临床症状,且该疗法具有一定的安全性。

Objective:To explore the effect of Huangqi Jianzhong decoction combined with anti-Helicobacter pylori(Hp)quadruple therapy on patients with peptic ulcer of spleen and stomach deficiency cold type.Methods:A total of 84 patients with peptic ulcer with spleen-stomach deficiency and cold type admitted to Feixian People’s Hospital from February 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the study objects and were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with anti-HP quadruple therapy,the study group was treated with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction supplemented on this basis.Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,gastrointestinal hormone levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndroms of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,motilin and gastrin in the study group were lower than the control group,while somatostatin was higher,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 16.67%,compared with 23.81%in the control group,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:Huangqijianzhong Decoction combined with anti-HP quadruple therapy can effectively regulate the level of gastrointestinal hormone and relieve clinical symptoms in patients with peptic ulcer of spleen and stomach deficiency cold type,and the therapy has certain safety.
