综合护理干预对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Elderly Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的:分析综合护理干预对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月天津市中西医结合医院呼吸内科收治的100例老年COPD患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分成对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用综合护理干预,比较两组肺功能指标、生活质量、负性情绪。结果:护理10 d后,观察组用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积、呼气峰值流速均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理10 d后,观察组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理10 d后,观察组健康调查简表中的躯体疼痛、情感职能、精神状况、活力与社会功能维度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预应用于老年COPD患者中,有助于提升患者的生活质量,促进改善肺功能及负性情绪。

Objective:To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:A total of 100 elderly COPD patients admitted to the Respiratory Department of Tianjin Hospital of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as research objects,and were divided into a control group and a observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention based on the control group.The pulmonary function index,quality of life and negative emotion were compared between the two groups.Results:After 10 days of nursing,forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume at the first second and peak expiratory flow rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P>0.05).After 10 days of nursing,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and Self-Rating Depression Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 10 days of nursing,the scores of physical pain,emotional function,mental status,vitality and social function in the MOS Item Short Form Health Survey of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in elderly patients with COPD is helpful to improve the quality of life of patients,promote the improvement of lung function and negative emotion.
