温针灸联合情志护理对脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者的影响

Influence of Warm Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with Emotional Nursing on Patients with Gastral Cavity Pain of Spleen and Stomach Deficiency Cold Type

目的:探讨温针灸联合情志护理对脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者的影响。方法:选取2023年1—10月天津市中医药研究院附属医院收治的80例脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例,对照组采用温针灸联合常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用情志护理,比较两组中医证候积分、心理状态、护理满意度及生活质量。结果:护理后,两组中医证候主症和次症评分、焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评分均降低,且观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组健康调查简表各个维度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为95.00%高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸结合情志护理应用于脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者中有助于减轻症状,减少焦虑和抑郁情绪,提高生活质量和护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the effects of warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with emotional nursing on patients with splenic and stomach deficiency cold type gastral cavity pain.Methods:A total of 80 patients with spleen-stomach deficiency cold type gastral cavity pain admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to October 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received warm acupuncture combined with routine nursing,and the observation group received emotional nursing on the basis of the control group.The TCM syndrome score,mental state,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of the main and secondary symptoms of TCM syndrome,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and Self-Rating Depression Scale were decreased in both groups,and the observation group were lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of all dimensions of the health survey summary table in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with emotional nursing was used in patients with spleen and stomach deficiency cold type gastral cavity pain,can help alleviate symptoms,reduce anxiety and depression,and improve the quality of life.
