摘要
目的:探讨唑来膦酸联合骨化三醇对骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折(OVCF)患者的影响。方法:选取2020年7月—2022年7月醴陵市中医院收治的80例OVCF患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,每组40例。两组均予以经皮椎体成形术治疗,对照组采用唑来膦酸治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用骨化三醇治疗。对比两组骨密度、疼痛程度、炎性水平、腰椎功能、日常活动能力、不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗6个月后,两组骨密度、日常生活活动能力量表评分均较治疗前提高,且试验组高于对照组,两组疼视觉模拟量表评分、白细胞介素-1β、白细胞介素-6、Oswestry功能障碍指数评分均较治疗前降低,且试验组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率为10.00%,低于对照组的17.50%,但两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:唑来膦酸联合骨化三醇治疗OVCF患者效果确切,可促进骨密度指标改善,降低炎性因子水平,减轻疼痛,增强腰椎功能,提升日常活动能力,且安全可靠。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Zoledronic Acid combined with Calcitriol on patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture(OVCF).Methods:A total of 80 patients with OVCF treated in Liling Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an experimental group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty,the control group was given Zoledronic Acid,and the experimental group was given Calcitriol based on the control group.Bone mineral density,pain degree,inflammatory level,lumbar function,daily activity ability and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After 6 months of treatment,bone density,Activities of Daily Living scale Scores in both groups were higher than before treatment,and the experimental group was higher than the control group,the pain Visual Analogue Scale scores,interleukin-1β,interleukin-6 and Oswestry Disability Index scores in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 10.00%,which was lower than 17.50%in the control group,but there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Zoledronic Acid combined with Calciferriol in the treatment of OVCF patients is effective,can promote the improvement of bone mineral density index,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,relieve pain,enhance lumbar function,improve daily activity ability,and is safe and reliable.
