双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗重症脑梗死营养不良患者的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Live Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Enterococcus Capsules in Treatment of Patients withSevere Cerebral Infarction and Malnutrition

目的:探讨双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗重症脑梗死营养不良患者的临床效果。方法:选取2019年12月—2022年12月兰陵县人民医院收治的68例重症脑梗死营养不良患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将患者分为对照组与研究组,每组34例。对照组采用肠内营养支持治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上采用双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗。对比两组的营养状况分级、免疫功能及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,研究组营养状况分级优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组外周T细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+、免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白M水平均高于治疗前,且研究组均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为5.88%,低于对照组的23.53%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊可改善重症脑梗死营养不良患者的营养状况,提高其免疫功能,减少肠内营养支持治疗的不良反应,安全性高。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Live Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Enterococcus Capsules in treatment of patients with severe cerebral infarction malnutntion.Methods:Sixty-eight patients with severe cerebral infarction and malnutrition admitted to the Lanling County People's Hospital from December 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and the patients were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with enteral nutrition support,and the study group was treated with Live Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Enterococcus Capsules on the basis of the control group.The nutritional status,immune function and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the nutritional status of the study group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of peripheral T cell subsets CD3+,CD4+,immunoglobulin A,immunoglobulin G and immunoglobulin M in both groups were higher than before treatment,and the study group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 5.88%,which was lower than 23.53%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Live Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Enterococcus Capsules can improve the nutritional status of patients with severe cerebral infarction,improve their immune function,reduce the adverse reactions of enteral nutrition support therapy,and have high safety.
