摘要
目的:建立温郁金药材的含量测定方法,并与“化学成分-外观性状”相结合,制定温郁金药材的质量分级标准。方法:通过收集59批温郁金药材,测定了外观性状指标,包括长度、直径、50 g块根数等,内在指标包括浸出物、挥发油,并采用高效液相色谱法对莪术二酮和吉马酮的含量进行测定。同时应用SPSS 27.0软件进行聚类分析,采用SIMCA-P 14.1软件进行正交偏最小二乘法判别分析,并对所建立的分级标准进行验证。结果:所建立的含量测定方法,以及基于长度、直径、50 g块根数、浸出物、挥发油、莪术二酮和吉马酮等指标制定的质量分级标准,可将温郁金药材分为3个等级。结论:基于“化学成分-外观性状”相结合的温郁金药材质量分级标准科学合理,为温郁金的质量评价与实现优质优价提供了参考。
Objective:To establish the content determination method of Curcuma wenyujin,and establish the quality grade standard of Curcuma wenyujin based on the combination of“chemical composition-appearance characteristics”.Methods:59 batches of Curcuma wenyujin were collected,and the appearance indexes including length,diameter and root number of 50g were determined,while the internal indexes including extract and volatile oil were determined,and the contents of curdione and germacrone were determined by HPLC.At the same time,SPSS 27.0 software was used for cluster analysis,and SIMCA-P 14.1 software was used for orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis,and the established classification standard was verified.Results:Based on the established content determination method and the quality grading standard based on the length,diameter,50 g root number,extract,volatile oil,curdione and germacrone,Curcuma wenyujin can be divided into three grades.Conclusion:The quality grading standard of Curcuma wenyujin based on“chemical composition-appearance characteristics”is scientific and reasonable,which provides a reference for the quality evaluation of Curcuma wenyujin and the realization of high quality and good price.
