党毓起治疗儿童1型糖尿病经验:基于“火力、水气”理论

Dang Yuqi's Clinical Experience in Treating Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus in Children Based on the Theory of“Huoli and Shuiqi”

儿童1型糖尿病主要表现为胰岛素缺乏和高血糖,其病机主要为脾肾虚衰、痰瘀互结,党毓起主任医师认为治疗儿童T1DM应根据不同的临床表现制定相应的个体化治疗方案,病证结合,辨病、辨证、辨症与辨理化指标相结合,标本同治。基于“火力、水气”理论治疗,运用健脾益肾、祛瘀化痰之法,配合胰岛素强化降糖,中西医结合,可明显提高患者的生活质量,使病情趋于平稳。从病因病机、治疗原则、典型病例三个方面介绍党毓起老师治疗儿童1型糖尿病的经验。

This paper introduces the experience of Dang Yuqi in treating type 1 diabetes in children from three aspects:etiology,pathogenesis,treatment principle and typical cases.The main manifestations of type 1 diabetes in children are insulin deficiency and hyperglycemia,and its pathogenesis is mainly spleen and kidney deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis interjunction.Dang Yuqi chief physician,believes that the treatment of T1DM in children should be based on different clinical manifestations to develop a corresponding individual treatment plan,combining disease and syndrome,disease differentiation,syndrome differentiation and physical and chemical indicators,and the same treatment of samples.Based on the theory of“Huoli and Shuiqi”,the method of invigorating spleen and kidney,removing blood stasis and eliminating phlegm,combined with insulin to strengthen hypoglycemia,combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine,significantly improved the quality of life of patients and made the condition stable.
