从“阳扰元真”理论治疗多汗症经验

Experience in the Treatment of Hyperhidrosis from the Theory of“Yang Movement Disturbance Yuanzhen”

多汗症病机复杂,是一种难治、易复性的疾病。周衡教授认为“阳扰元真”是多汗症的本质,因脏腑元真不畅而阳动异常,反扰元真,内迫阴液致异常汗出。多汗症责之在肺、胃、心,或因营卫不和,阳不摄阴;或胃中燥热,阳迫津出;或阴火内生,阳盛劫阴;临证可通过和营敛阳法、通腑泄热法、泻火潜阳法以通畅元真,归复阳动正常化,促使病愈。

Hyperhidrosis has a complex pathogenesis and is a refractory and recurrent disease.Prof.Zhou Heng believes that“Yang disturbance of the real”is the essence of hyperhidrosis,due to the internal organs of the real not smooth and abnormal Yang movement,anti-disturbance of the real,internal compression of the Yin fluid to abnormal sweating.Hyperhidrosis is blamed on the lungs,stomach,heart,or due to Ying and Wei disharmony,Yang does not take in Yin;or dry heat in the stomach,Yang forced out of the fluid;or Yin fire,Yang Sheng robbing Yin;clinical evidence can be and Ying convergence of Yang,through the internal organs of the diarrhea of the heat,diarrhea of fire submerged in the Yang,in order to smooth the Yuanzhen,return to the Yang dynamic normalization,and promote the recovery of the disease.
