基于数据挖掘探讨中药治疗儿童和成年单纯性肥胖人群用药共性与差异

To Explore the Commonness and Differences of Chinese Medicine in Treating Children and Adults with Simple Obesity Based on Data Mining

目的:为挖掘儿童和成年单纯性肥胖的组方用药规律,运用中医传承计算平台软件分析中医药治疗儿童和成年单纯性肥胖的用药规律。方法:收集中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物数据库中关于中药治疗单纯性肥胖的文献,筛选治疗单纯性肥胖的儿童组方剂54首、成年组方剂189首,采用关联规则、药物关系及聚类分析等进行数据挖掘,分析处方的中药性味、归经、药物频次及中药之间的关联规则,挖掘出其特色用药及核心组合进行比较。结果:中医药治疗儿童和成年单纯性肥胖用药规律近似,均以健脾祛湿为主要治则,但侧重点存在差别,即儿童组的治疗以健脾祛湿为主,佐以消食、清热,而成年组的治疗以健脾祛湿为主,佐以活血、清热等。结论:中医药治疗儿童和成年的单纯性肥胖的用药存在差异,主要与体质和发病因素相关。

Objective:In order to explore the prescription medication rules of simple obesity in children and adults,the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform software was used to analyze the medication rules of simple obesity in children and adults treated by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:The literatures on the treatment of simple obesity with traditional Chinese medicine were collected from CNKI,WanFang,VIP and China Biological Database.Fifty-four prescriptions in the children group and 189 prescriptions in the adult group were screened for the treatment of simple obesity.Association rules,drug relationship and cluster analysis(k-means algorithm and regression model were unified)were used for data mining to analyze the association rules of TCM flavor,normalization,drug frequency and traditional Chinese medicines,and to find out their characteristic drugs and core combinations for comparison.Results:The medication regularity of TCM in the treatment of simple obesity in children and adults is similar,and the main treatment is to strengthen the spleen and remove dampness,but there are differences in the emphasis,that is,the treatment in the children group is mainly to strengthen the spleen and remove dampness,combined with food consumption and clearing heat,while the treatment in the adult group is mainly to strengthen the spleen and remove dampness,combined with activating blood and clearing heat.Conclusion:There are differences in the use of TCM in the treatment of simple obesity in children and adults,which is mainly related to physical constitution and morbidity factors.
