中医外治法治疗膝关节滑膜炎研究进展

Research Progress of External Treatment of Knee Joint Synovitis by Traditional Chinese Medicine

膝关节滑膜炎是指膝关节因急性创伤或慢性劳损引起的滑膜无菌性炎症反应,临床症状为膝关节肿胀、疼痛伴活动受限。中医外治法在治疗膝关节滑膜炎的临床应用中具有疗效确切、副作用小、患者依从性高等优点。通过查阅近5年采用中医外治法治疗膝关节滑膜炎的相关文献资料,对中药外敷、中药塌渍、中药熏蒸、针刺疗法、推拿手法等治疗膝关节滑膜炎的临床疗效进行探讨与归纳总结,以期为寻求高效、可行的膝关节滑膜炎中医外治临床诊疗方案提供参考。

Knee synovitis refers to the aseptic inflammatory reaction of the synovium in the knee joint caused by acute trauma or chronic strain,with clinical symptoms of knee joint swelling,pain,and limited mobility.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)external treatment has advantages such as definite efficacy,minimal side effects,and high patient compliance in the treatment of knee synovitis.By referring to the relevant literature reports on the treatment of knee synovitis by external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the past five years.The clinical effects of external application of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),Chinese medicine(TCM)fumigation,acupuncture,massage and other methods on the treatment of knee joint synovitis were discussed and summarized by referring to the relevant literature reports in the past five years.In order to provide efficient and feasible TCM external treatment methods in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of knee synovitis,for reference and application.
