摘要
针对某铁矿全尾砂的物化性质、料浆输送性能、充填体强度开展塌落度试验、L管试验及充填体材料配比试验。结果表明:选择泵压输送的充填料浆坍落度值应为25~27 cm,对应充填料浆浓度为74%~76%,在选择自流输送时充填料浆坍落度值应在27~29 cm,对应充填料浆浓度为72%~74%;某铁矿通过对不同充填工况条件下的料浆输送阻力进行了计算分析,发现内径不能太小否则阻力大,通过加大管道内径可极大地降低管道输送阻力;充填体强度随龄期、料浆质量浓度和胶凝材料用量增大而增大,推荐阶段空场嗣后充填采矿法一步骤顶底部灰砂比1:6,充填料浆浓度74%~76%,中间层推荐充填配比灰砂比1:8,充填料浆浓度74%~76%。二步骤顶底部充填与一步骤充填配比一致,中间部位推荐充填配比为灰砂比1:15,充填料浆浓度72%~76%;推荐点柱式上向分层充填采矿法顶部充填配比为灰砂比1:6,充填料浆浓度72%~76%;底部充填配比为灰砂比1:15,充填料浆浓度72%~76%。
Based on the physical and chemical properties,slurry transportation performance,and filling strength of the tailings from a certain iron mine,slump tests,L-tube tests,and filling material ratio tests are conducted.The results show that the slump value of the filling slurry selected for pressurized pump transportation should be 25 to 27 cm,corresponding to a filling slurry concentration of 74%to 76%.When self flow transportation is selected,the slump value of the filling slurry should be 27 to 29 cm,corresponding to a filling slurry concentration of 72%to 74%.By calculating and analyzing the transportation resistance of a certain iron ore slurry under different filling conditions,it is found that the inner diameter of the transportation pipeline should not be too small,otherwise the resistance would be high.Increasing the inner diameter of the pipeline can greatly reduce the pipeline transportation resistance;The strength of the filling material increases with age,slurry quality and concentration,and cementitious material dosage.It is recommended that the cement-sand ratio for the top and bottom of the Step 1 with the stagewise open stoping with subsequent filling mining method be 1:6,the filling slurry concentration be 74%to 76%,the cement-sand ratio for the middle layer be 1:8,and the filling slurry concentration be 74%to 76%.The filling ratio for the top and bottom of the Step 2 is consistent with that of the Step 1,and the recommended filling ratio for the middle part is a cement sand ratio of 1:15,with a filling slurry concentration of 72%to 76%;It's recommended that filling ratio for the top part with point pillar upward cut and fill stoping method be a cement sand ratio of 1:6 with a filling slurry concentration of 72%to 76%and the bottom filling ratio be a cement sand ratio of 1:15 with a filling slurry concentration of 72%to 76%.
