摘要
通过对首钢迁钢公司二次圆筒混合机粘料位置、化学成分、粘料影响因素进行系统分析,研究混合机筒体的粘料机理,针对性地组织加水喷头优化、控制系统升级以及安装在线清理装置,解决了混合机筒体粘料,实现混合料-3 mm粒级降低3.2%,料层透气性提高,台车料厚提高23 mm,烧结矿产量提高20 t/h,燃耗降低0.51 kg/t。
A systematic analysis is conducted on the material-adhesive position,chemical composition,and influencing factors of material adhesiveness of the secondary drum mixer in Shougang Corporation Qian'an Iron and Steel Company,and the adhesive mechanism of the mixer drum is studied.Targeted measures such as optimization of the water injection nozzle,upgrading of the control system,and installation of an online cleaning device have been carried out and the material adhesiveness of the mixer drum has been solved.The 3mm particle size of the mixture has been reduced by 3.2%,the permeability of the material bed has been improved,the thickness of the pallet material bed has been increased by 23 mm,the output of sintered ore has been increased by 20 t/h,and the fuel consumption has been reduced by 0.51 kg/t.
