摘要
阐述了大数据背景下高校图书馆个性化服务面临的现状,通过对经典案例的列举,对个性化服务关键要素和机制问题的研究,找到其存在的问题和不足,提出了优化和改进方案。高校图书馆个性化服务发展趋势,必将集中于建立以用户为中心的个性化平台,通过对用户数据资源进行充分利用,加强图书馆与用户之间的信息交互,提供智能化、人性化、个性化的服务,最终实现图书馆新型服务一体化的转型升级。
This paper expounds the current situation of personalized services in university libraries under the back-ground of big data.Through enumerating classic cases and analyzing the key elements and mechanism issues in personal-ized services,it finds out the existing problems and deficiencies,and finally puts forward the optimization scheme.The de-velopment trend of personalized services in university libraries will surely be focused on establishing a user-centered per-sonalized platform.By making full use of user data resources,strengthening information interaction between libraries and users,providing intelligent,humanized and personalized services,and finally realizing the integrated transformation and upgrading of new library services.
