苦杏仁苷领域的文献计量学研究及其可视化分析

目的基于文献计量学方法对苦杏仁苷的研究领域的现状与热点进行分析与总结。方法通过检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普(VIP)、万方(Wanfang)和Web of Science(WoS)数据库中苦杏仁苷的相关文献,利用NoteExperss软件剔除重复数据,采用文献计量学软件CiteSpace、VOSviewer进行分析以及利用Excel 2024和Origin 2022软件作图,对2000年1月1日—2024年2月4日已发表的苦杏仁苷的文献发文量、国家、机构、作者、期刊以及关键词进行文献可视化分析。结果经过筛选,最终纳入中文文献1456篇,英文文献534篇,文献发文量呈波动式增长,研究在近年来火热;中国为苦杏仁苷领域发文量最多的国家,占主导地位;英文文献的发文量在2016年开始出现明显增长;王振中和张庆安等为中、英文文献发表较多的作者;中、英文献发表最多的机构分别为南京中医药大学和Egyptian Knowledge Bank,然而各国和机构之间的合作仍需要加强。结论苦杏仁苷的质量标准、药理作用及其作用机制是未来研究的前沿内容,对苦杏仁苷的深层次研究可以有助于揭示其更为复杂的药理作用及作用机制,从而更好地指导其在临床上的应用。此外,对苦杏仁苷的研究还有助于开发更安全、更有效的药物,并为相关疾病的治疗提供新的思路和方法。

Objective The current status and hotspots in the research field of bitter amygdalin are analyzed and summarized based on bibliometric methods.Methods The literature on bitter almond glycosides was searched in the databases of CNKI,VIP,Wanfang and Web of Science,and the duplicates were eliminated by using NoteExperss software,analyzed by using the bibliometric software CiteSpace,VOSviewer,and graphically analyzed by using the software of Excel 2024 and Origin 2022 software for graphing,and literature visualization of the published literature on bitter amygdalin from January 1,2000 to February 4,2024 in terms of the number of publications,countries,institutions,authors,journals,and keywords.Results After screening,1456 articles in Chinese and 534 articles in English were finally included,and the amount of literature published showed fluctuating growth,and the research has been hot in recent years;China is the country with the most articles in the field of bitter amygdalin,which dominates the field;The amount of articles in English began to show a significant growth in 2016;Wang Zhenzhong and Zhang Qing′an,etc.are the authors who have published more in Chinese and English;The institutions that have published most in Chinese and English are Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine and Egyptian Knowledge Bank,respectively;However,the cooperation between countries and institutions still needs to be strengthened.Institutions are Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Egyptian Knowledge Bank,respectively;However,the cooperation between countries and institutions still needs to be strengthened.Conclusion The quality standards,pharmacological effects and mechanism of action of amygdalin are the frontiers of future research,and in-depth studies on amygdalin can help to reveal its more complex pharmacological effects and mechanism of action,so as to better guide its application in clinical practice.In addition,the study of bitter amygdalin can also help to develop safer and more effective drugs and provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of related diseases.
