摘要
办好思想政治理论课关键在教师,关键在于发挥教师的积极性、主动性、创造性。新时代高校思想政治理论课教师职业素养提升受制于其内在生成逻辑和外在因素两个方面的影响。需要从个人职业认知、个人价值认同、个人发展需求度等三个方面分析高校思想政治理论课教师职业素养形成的内在生成逻辑,从国家层面的时代之义和高校层面内在需求两个方面分析高校思想政治理论课教师职业素养形成的外在影响因素,来深入探讨高校思想政治理论课教师职业素养的形成机理,便于有针对性地提升高校思想政治理论课教师的工作积极性、主动性、创造性,培养与职业相适应的素质和能力。
The key to running a good ideological and political theory course lies in the teacher.The improvement of professional competence of ideological and political theory teachers in universities in the new era is constrained by two aspects:internal logic and external factors.It is necessary to analyze the internal generation logic from the perspectives of personal role cognition,personal value identification,and personal development needs,and analyze external influencing factors from the perspectives of society and universities,in order to gain a deeper understanding of the formation mechanism of the professional competence of ideological and political theory teachers in universities,and to improve their qualities and abilities that are suitable for their profession in a targeted manner.
