Better transforming institutional advantages into governance efficiency is the basic way for a country to achieve modernization of its governance system and governance capacity. The leadership of the CPC is the essential feature of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the greatest advantage of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics. In the increasingly complex domestic and international situation, it is important to break out of the so-called Thucydidean trap, overcome the middle-income trap and prevent falling into the Tacitus trap. To complete the historical mission of the Party, it is necessary to give full play to the Party's comprehensive leadership system's inherent advantages in value, performance, practice, people-oriented, efficient and upright innovation, achieve the transformation of institutional advantages into governance effectiveness, and enhance the Party's governance ability and leadership level construction from multiple dimensions.
