“双循环”下全渠道发展视角的江西省零售行业数字化转型策略研究

摘要 现今,数字经济已然成了中国经济高质量发展的新引擎。大数据、移动互联网等信息技术的发展使得零售行业发生了巨大的变化,人们的生活方式和购物方式跟以往相比大为不同了。在“科技赋能,体验为王”的全渠道时代,全渠道发展成为零售行业数字化转型发展的必然选择。文章立足于“双循环”战略,通过分析零售行业数字化转型的重要性以及全渠道发展的科学性,对江西省零售行业数字化转型的现状进行分析,并基于全渠道发展视角提出了相关策略建议。 Nowadays,the digital economy has become a new engine for the high-quality development of China's economy.The development of information technologies such as big data and mobile Internet has led to significant changes in the retail industry,and people's lifestyles and shopping methods are vastly different from before.In the era of“technology empowering and experience being the king”,omni-channel development has become an inevitable choice for the digital transformation and development of the retail industry.Based on the“dual circulation”strategy,this paper analyzes the importance of digital transformation in the retail industry and the scientific nature of omni-channel development,analyzes the current situation of digital transformation in the retail industry in Jiangxi Province,and proposes relevant strategic suggestions based on the perspective of omni-channel development.
