摘要
目的:探索玫瑰花的显微特征指数与其总黄酮之间的相关性,用以区分、评价不同产地玫瑰花的质量。方法:选取药材玫瑰花中的花粉粒为显微特征物,运用容量分析法优选正交设计实验条件,测定玫瑰花中花粉粒的显微特征指数,通过紫外-分光光度法测定玫瑰花中的总黄酮含量,并采用SPSS 26.0对本实验数据进行相关性分析。结果:不同地区玫瑰花花粉粒的显微特征指数存在差异,不同批次玫瑰花花粉粒的显微特征指数范围为549~4 056个/mg,总黄酮含量为5.12%~14.38%,花粉粒与总黄酮在一定范围内存在显著相关性。结论:初步建立一种基于玫瑰花中花粉粒显微特征指数评价玫瑰花药材质量的方法,可将其作为玫瑰花的一种新质量评价方法进一步研究。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between the microscopic characteristic index of Rosae Rugosae Flos and their total flavonoid content for distinguishing and assessing the quality of roses from various origins.Methods:Pollen grains from Rosae Rugosae Flos were utilized as microscopic markers.The volumetric analysis technique was employed to determine the optimal orthogonal design conditions for the experiments,allowing for the quantification of the microscopic characteristic index of the pollen grains.UV-VIS spectrophotometry was used to measure the total flavonoid content in the rose samples.Correlation analysis was then performed on the experimental data using SPSS 26.0.Results:Significant variations in the microscopic characteristic index of Rosae Rugosae Flos pollen grains were observed among different geographical regions.The range of the microscopic characteristic index for various batches of rose pollen grains spanned from 549 to 4056 per mg,while the total flavonoid content ranged from 5.12%to 14.38%.A notable correlation existed between the pollen grain characteristics and total flavonoid content within a specific range.Conclusion:This research introduces a novel approach for evaluating the quality of Rosae Rugosae Flos based on the microscopic characteristic index of its pollen grains.This method holds promise as a new tool for further studies on the quality assessment of roses.
