基于“三焦气化失司”理论论治气滞型便秘

Identifying and Treating Qi Stagnation Constipation Based on the Theory of“Triple Energizer Qi Deficiency”

气滞型便秘的病因病机较为复杂,七情过极所致肝失疏泄,大肠气机升降聚散异常是气秘的基本病机,其中与人体五脏六腑气机失调密切关联。三焦气化功能与病在下焦的气滞型便秘密切相关,下焦气化不利、内外不通,可致糟粕停滞,大便难出。基于“三焦气化失司”理论探讨气滞型便秘的中医病机,以通调三焦水道,恢复三焦气化为原则,调畅气机上下顺畅,使得肠道秘结解除,糟粕乃下。为辨治气滞型便秘提供一定的理论依据,以期更好地指导中医临床。

Qi stagnation type constipation etiology and pathogenesis is more complex,the seven emotional excesses caused by the liver loss of detoxification,intestinal Qi lifting and dispersing abnormalities is the basic mechanism of gas constipation,which is closely related to the human body with five viscera and six bowels of the Qi dysfunction.The Triple Energizer Qi function is closely related to the Lower Energizer Qi stagnation constipation,the Lower Energizer Qi unfavorable,internal and external obstruction,which can lead to stagnation of dregs,stool is difficult to come out.Based on the theory of Triple Energizer Qi and chemistry,this paper discusses the pathogenesis of Qi stagnation constipation in traditional Chinese medicine,with the principle of regulating Triple Energizer waterways and restoring Triple Energizer Qi and chemistry,so as to smooth the Qi up and down,and to relieve the intestinal stagnation,and the dregs of stools will be discharged.It provides a certain theoretical basis for the identification and treatment of Qi stagnation constipation,with a view to better guiding the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine.
