摘要
胸痹是临床常见疾病,病因复杂,当分虚实,虚证由心血不足致不荣则痛,实证由气血不畅致使心包受阻不通则痛。李应存教授认为胸痹多为虚实夹杂、本虚标实,临床治疗以敦煌补心汤为基础方,运用自创敦煌特色止痛角药“当归-川芎-白芷”补血活血止痛,治疗效果显著。介绍李应存教授治疗胸痹的临床用药经验,并附案例一则,以飨同道。
Chest Arthralgia is a common clinical disease with complex etiology,which can be divided into deficiency and excess.Deficiency is caused by Insufficiency of heart blood and excess is caused by obstruction of qi and blood.Professor Li Yingcun believes that Chest Arthralgia is mixed between deficiency-excess complex.The treatment of Li Yingcun is based on Dunhuang Buxin Decoction,combined with Angelica-Ligusticum Chuanxiong-Radix Angelicae.The therapeutic effect of Chest Arthralgia is remarkable,and a medical case is attached.
