基于文献计量学分析肺癌病机理论的研究现状及发展趋势

Research Progress and Development Trend of Visualizing Lung Cancer Pathogenesis Based on Chinese Medicine Theory Based Using Bibliometrics

目的:系统梳理中医药学在肺癌发生及转移的病机理论传承与创新的研究现状及发展趋势,提升中医药在肺癌综合治疗中的指导价值。方法:根据检索词在中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(WanFang)、维普中文期刊服务平台(VIP)、中国生物医学文献服务系统(CBM)中进行系统检索,检索范围限定为篇名、关键词及摘要,检索时间截止至2022年12月31日,采用CiteSpace和VOSviewer软件对资料进行文献计量学研究。结果:根据限定的检索策略以及纳入排除标准,通过两轮人工筛选,共纳入符合研究的文献45篇,并对其关键概念、发文量、作者机构及关键词依次进行分析。结论:随着中西医不断融合,中医药在肺癌治疗领域的理论影响力不断扩大,出现如“癌毒”“正虚伏毒”等基于现代医学的病机新识,逐步引导现代医学从以“瘤”为本向以“人”为本转变,体现我国肿瘤治疗的新特色。

Objective:This work is aimed to systematically review the research related to inheritance and innovation of the pathogenesis theory based on Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)theory,to promote better guidance of treating patients with lung cancer using TCM therapies.Methods:The preset keywords were carried out in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),WanFang Data Knowledge Service Platform(WanFang),VIP Chinese Journal Service Platform(VIP)and Chinese biomedical literature database(CBM).We conducted this bibliometric work with limitation to titles,keywords and abstracts from the inception to December 31,2022,using CiteSpace and VOSviewer.Results:According to the preset search strategy as well as the inclusion and exclusion criteria,via a tworound screening,a total of 45 studies were included.Subsequently,Their core concepts,the tendency of published year with publication number,the first author\s institution and keywords were analyzed in turn.Conclusion:With the emerging integration of TCM and modern medicine,the theoretical guidance of TCM intervening lung cancer has been stressed,leading to several newly insightful acknowledgement of pathogenesis in accord with modern medicine,such as“Cancer toxin”and“Deficiency of Zheng Qi and latent toxics”.Further,aforesaid development can gradually guide the pattern transferring from“Tumororientation”to“Humanorientation”,which is consistent with new pattern of treatment of oncology in China.
