推拿治疗儿童及青少年近视临床选穴规律:基于数据挖掘技术

Clinical Selection Pattern of Acupoints for the Treatment of Myopia inChildren and Adolescents by Tuina Therapy

目的:基于复杂网络数据挖掘技术,分析总结推拿治疗儿童及青少年近视的选穴规律,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法:对中国知网数据库、万方数据库、维普期刊数据库、中国生物医学文献服务系统数据库中推拿治疗儿童及青少年近视的临床文献进行筛选,运用Excel 2019整理纳入文献的推拿选穴处方,通过选穴频数统计筛选高频穴位,将腧穴数据导入SPSS Modeler 18.0软件建立数据库,运用Apriori算法进行关联分析,筛选最佳推拿腧穴组合,再将高频腧穴数据导入SPSS Statistic 26.0进行聚类分析,筛选出核心推拿腧穴处方。结果:通过对纳入的47篇文章进行分析,推拿治疗儿童及青少年近视的高频穴位有太阳、睛明、天门、四白、鱼腰;穴位集中于头面颈项部,多归于胆经、膀胱经、胃经与经外奇穴;共得出37条关联规则,其中“睛明”与“太阳”支持度最高,可达91.49%;通过聚类可得出核心处方为睛明、太阳、天门、四白、鱼腰、风池、丝竹空、承泣、印堂、瞳子髎、阳白、合谷、坎宫、光明。结论:推拿治疗儿童及青少年近视选穴具有一定的规律性,选穴以头面颈项部为主,且多集中于眼周部。

Objective:Based on the complex network data mining technology,to analyse and summarize the selection law of Acupoints of Tuina treatment of myopia in children and adolescents,and to provide reference basis for clinical treatment.Methods:The clinical literature on the treatment of myopia in children and adolescents by Tuina was screened in the China Knowledge Network Database,WanFang Database,VIP Journal Database,and China Biomedical Literature Service System Database,and the Tuina acupuncture point prescriptions included in the literature were sorted out by using Excel 2019,and the frequency statistics of acupuncture points were screened for the high-frequency acupuncture points,and the data of the acupoints were imported into SPSS Modeler 18.0 software to establish a database.A database was established,and the Apriori algorithm was applied to perform correlation analysis to screen the best combination of Tuina acupoints,and then the high-frequency acupoint data were imported into SPSS Statistic 26.0 to perform cluster analysis to screen the core Tuina acupoint prescriptions.Results:Among the 47 articles included in the study,the high-frequency acupoints for treating myopia in children and adolescents were Taiyang,Jingming,Tianmen,Sibai and Yuyao;the acupoints were concentrated in the head,face,neck,and neck area,and most of them were attributed to the bile meridian,the bladder meridian,the stomach meridian,and the extra-meridian points;a total of 37 rules of correlation were obtained,of which Jingming and Taiyng supported each other.There were 37 association rules,of which Jingming and Taiyng had the highest support,up to 91.49%;through clustering,we could conclude that the core prescriptions were Jingming,Taiyang,Tianmen,Sibai,Yuzhai,Fengchi,Sizhukong,Chengjiu,Yintang,Tongziliao,Yangbai,Hegong,Kangong and Guangming.Conclusion:The selection of acupoints for the treatment of myopia in children and adolescents by massage has a certain regularity,and the selected acupoints are mainly in the head,face,neck and neckline,and are mostly concentrated in the periocular area.
