《中医方剂大辞典》治疗便秘用药规律探析:基于数据挖掘技术

Based on the Data Mining Method,the Medication Rules of the Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions for the Treatment of Constipation are Discussed

目的:基于古今医案云平台(V2.3.8)探讨《中医方剂大辞典》中治疗便秘方的组方用药规律,为治疗便秘的临床用药提供参考,以丰富现代临床运用及科研思路,为中医药的发展提供理论依据。方法:筛选《中医方剂大辞典》中治疗便秘的方剂,提取文献信息并进行规范化处理,通过Excel建立《中医方剂大辞典》便秘数据库文件,并运用古今医案云平台进行关联分析、聚类分析、复杂网络分析等数据挖掘。结果:共纳入151首方剂,包含149味中药,总频次为1 000次,频次大于20次的中药有当归、大黄、地黄、火麻仁、枳壳等10味中药;药性以温、寒性为主,药味以甘、苦为主;归经主要为脾经、胃经;关联分析发现地黄-当归的配伍使用频率最高;聚类分析得到地黄-当归、大黄-甘草2个药对,以及聚类方枳壳-陈皮-白芍-火麻仁-桃仁-升麻;复杂网络分析得出最佳药物组合为地黄-当归。结论:总结古方中治疗便秘的药物、药对,发现古代医家治疗便秘多以地黄、当归、火麻仁、枳壳等药物润肠通便。

Objective:Based on the ancient and modern medical case cloud platform(V2.3.8),to explore the drug use rules of constipation treatment in the Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions,and to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of constipation.Methods:The formulas for constipation treatment in the Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions were screened,the literature information was extracted and standardized,and the constipation database file of the Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions was established by Excel,and the ancient and modern medical case cloud platform was used for correlation analysis,cluster analysis,complex network analysis and other data mining.Results:151 first prescriptions were included,including 149 chinese medicines,with a total frequency of 1000 times,and the frequency of Chinese medicines greater than 20 times included 10 chinese medicines such as angelica,rhubarb,ground yellow,hemp seed,citrus aurantium and so on.The medicinal properties are mainly warm and cold,and the medicinal taste is mainly sweet and bitter;The main meridians are the spleen meridian and the stomach meridian;Correlation analysis found that the compatibility of dihuang-angelica was used most frequently;Cluster analysis yielded two drug pairs of ground yellow-angelica,rhubarb-licorice,and clustered citrus aurantium shell-tangerine peel-white peony-hemp seed-peach-cohosh;Complex network analysis yielded that the best drug combination was rehmannia-angelica.Conclusion:Summarizing the drugs and drug pairs for the treatment of constipation in the ancient recipe,it is found that ancient doctors treat constipation mostly with drugs such as ground yellow,angelica,hemp seed,citrus shell and other drugs to moisten the intestines and laxatives,in order to enrich the modern clinical application and scientific research ideas,and provide a theoretical basis for the development of traditional Chinese medicine.
