Banxia Xiexin Decoction is a representative formula for acrid opening and bitter descending.It is widely used in the treatment of Qi movement disorder and cold and heat mixed disease syndrome.H.pylori(Hp)is a common pathogen associated with various digestive system diseases.Banxia Xiexin Decoction has a good therapeutic effect on Hp infection and related diseases,by directly inhibiting Hp,protecting gastric mucosa,regulating intestinal flora,and regulating immune function.In clinical application,it can improve the eradication rate of Hp,improve patient symptoms,and alleviate adverse reactions.Summarize the basic research and clinical application of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection,to provide a reference for clinical treatment of the disease.
