基于中医眼科六经辨证理论探讨近视的辨治思路

The Diagnosis and Treatment Approach for Myopia Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Ophthalmology's Theory of the Six Meridians and Syndrome Differentiation

全球迅速增长的近视问题给人们的生活和学习带来负面影响。近视的病因病理机制复杂,基于不同理论,近视的治疗方法也多种多样。基于中医眼科六经辨证理论,并结合近视的现代医学理论探索其病因和病理机制,分别从厥阴经、少阴经、太阴经论治轻、中度近视、高度近视以及病理性近视,以期为近视的治疗提供思路。

The rapidly increasing global problem of myopia has harmed people's lives and learning.Myopia has complex etiology and pathophysiological mechanisms,and various treatment approaches are based on different theories.To explore the etiology and pathogenesis of myopia based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine ophthalmology six meridians differentiation theory,combined with modern medical theories on myopia.To discuss treatments from the perspectives of the Jueyin Meridian,Shaoyin Meridian,and Taiyin Meridian for mild,moderate,high myopia,as well as pathological myopia,in hopes of providing ideas for the treatment of myopia.
