糖尿病胃轻瘫态靶辨治体系构建探析

糖尿病胃轻瘫是一种常见的糖尿病并发症,其治疗需要一个多方位的综合管理策略。态靶辨治是以中医“调态”为基础,以现代医学研究成果为借鉴的创新辨治体系,包括病证结合、态靶结合及方药量效三个部分。应用创新诊疗模式态靶辨治探讨糖尿病胃轻瘫的诊疗思路,包括辨态、识靶、调态和打靶,用以构建新的疾病治疗体系,在辨出糖尿病胃轻瘫的三种不同态的基础上,通过病靶、症靶、标靶对糖尿病胃轻瘫的发病机制进行探索;在治疗上则通过态靶结合,在调理身体阴阳平衡的同时,对疾病本身进行靶向治疗。探讨糖尿病胃轻瘫态靶辨治体系的构建。

Diabetic gastroparesis is a common complication of diabetes,and its treatment requires a multi-faceted integrated management strategy.Based on the“modality”of traditional Chinese medicine and drawing on the achievements of modern medical research,this innovative system includes three parts:the combination of disease and syndrome,the combination of modality and target and the dose and effect of prescription and medicine.The innovative diagnosis and treatment model was applied to explore diabetic gastroparesis,including state discrimination,target recognition,modality adjustment and target shooting,so as to build a new disease treatment system.First,three different states of diabetic gastroparesis were identified,and then the pathogenesis of diabetic gastroparesis was discussed through disease target,disease target and target.Treatment through the combination of state and target,regulate the balance of Yin and Yang of the body at the same time,the disease itself for targeted treatment.
