疮愈膏有效成分促愈肛痈创面作用机制探讨

肛周位置特殊,肛痈术后创面易受感染致愈合缓慢。疮愈膏为河南中医药大学第三附属医院自拟方,基于煨脓生肌理论,以缓解创面疼痛、加速创面愈合为治疗目的,合理配伍而成。经多次临床试验发现,疮愈膏治疗肛周脓肿术后创面疗效显著,其主要有效成分以氨基酸类及多肽类、甾体类及脂肪酸类、黄酮类及酚酸类、萜类以及酚类化合物为主,具有抗炎镇痛、抗氧化应激损伤及免疫调节、促进创面愈合等作用。通过总结疮愈膏药物有效成分,探讨其促愈机制,分析现存问题,以期为治疗肛周脓肿术后创面拓宽临床思路。
