慢性前列腺炎客观指标与中医证型相关性研究进展

Progress in Research on the Correlation Between Objective Indexes of Chronic Prostatitis and TCM Syndromes

中医药对于慢性前列腺炎(CP)的临床诊治有不可忽视的疗效优势。近年来,CP中医证型与临床客观化指标之间的相关性成为研究热点,取得了一定成果。研究发现EPS-PH有助于湿热下注证与湿热兼血瘀证、气滞血瘀证的临床鉴别,病原微生物的感染、炎性因子的升高常提示湿热类证,尿流动力学提示后尿路梗阻时往往有瘀滞的存在,对临床辨证有指导意义,不过目前的研究也存在数据支持较少、缺少统一的证型分类标准和客观指标参考值等缺点,导致研究缺乏规范性,下阶段需要增加研究严谨性,为CP的中医诊疗提供更加准确的证据。

Traditional Chinese medicine has non-negligible efficacy and advantages in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic prostatitis.In recent years,the correlation between TCM syndrome types and clinical objectification indicators in CP has become a research hotspot,and certain results have been achieved.Such as EPS-PH is helpful for the clinical differentiation of damp-heat betting pattern from damp-heat and blood stasis pattern,Qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern,the infection of pathogenic microorganisms and the elevation of inflammatory factors often indicate damp-heat syndrome,and uroflow dynamics often indicates the presence of stasis when urinary tract obstruction is posterior,which has reference and guiding significance for clinical syndrome differentiation.At the same time,it is found that there are shortcomings in the study,such as less data support,lack of unified syndrome type classification standards and objective index reference values,resulting in the lack of standardization of the study,and it is necessary to increase the rigor of the research in the next stage to provide more accurate evidence for the TCM diagnosis and treatment of CP.
