中药药性干预TRPV4-ATP-P2X3信号通路调控咳嗽作用机制进展

摘要 慢性咳嗽属于临床常见疾病,有寒咳和热咳之分,其发生机制尚不明确。中药治疗慢性咳嗽具有一定的优势,其用药原则符合寒者热之、热者寒之的中医理论思想。研究者发现TRPV4-ATP-P2X3信号通路与慢性咳嗽关系密切,通过药性理论阐述中药干预TRPV4-ATP-P2X3信号通路调控咳嗽的作用机理。 Chronic cough is a common clinical disease,divided into cold cough and hot cough,and its mechanism of occurrence is not yet clear.Traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages in treating chronic cough,and its medication principles are in line with the traditional Chinese medicine theory of cold is hot and hot is cold.Researchers have found a close relationship between the TRPV4-ATP-P2X3 signaling pathway and chronic cough.Therefore,the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine intervention in regulating cough through the TRPV4-ATP-P2X3 signaling pathway is explained through the theory of drug properties.
