基于在线测量的白车身尺寸质量监控

摘要 汽车是大批量生产的产品,影响汽车制造质量的主要原因是制造过程中的不稳定性。因此,如何有效地对白车身尺寸进行质量监控,提升尺寸的稳定性是汽车行业急需解决的关键技术之一。目前白车身在线测量系统已经广泛运用于国内外各大主机厂,通过对白车身进行实时尺寸监控,再对测量数据进行分析,实现白车身制造过程中的尺寸稳定性控制。针对在线测量系统,从原理、报警机制、尺寸监控应用和维护4个方面进行阐述,为在线测量系统在白车身尺寸监控领域的应用提供了新思路。 Automobile is a mass produced product, the main reason that affects the quality of automobile manufacturing is the instability in themanufacturing process. Therefore, how to effectively monitor the dimension quality of body-in-white (BIW) and improve the stability of dimension isone of the key technologies urgently needed to be solved in the automotive industry. At present, the in-line measurement system of BIW has been widelyused in major OEMs at home and abroad. Through the real-time dimension monitoring of BIW and the analysis of measurement data, the dimensionalstability control in the manufacturing process of BIW can be realized. For the in-line measurement system, this paper expounds from four aspects:principle, alarm mechanism, dimensional monitoring application and maintenance, which provides a new idea for the application of in-line measurementsystem in the field of BIW dimension monitoring.
