Aluminum die casting is a key part of automobile, and its product quality has a great impact on vehicle driving safety. IndustrialCT is the best nondestructive testing and evaluation method for aluminum die casting quality at present. The industrial CT detection technology wasintroduced, and 450 kV industrial CT was used to detect aluminum die casting products such as motor housings, brackets, and cylinder blocks accordingto the industrial CT detection method standards for aluminum die castings, and the quality inspection application cases such as internal pore defects,volume porosity, internal dimensions, and comparison analysis were displayed. The purpose is to provide reference for domestic aluminum die castingproduction enterprises and third-party laboratory first-line nondestructive testing personnel, enable them to better application of industrial CT detectiontechnology, and escort the quality of automotive aluminum die casting.
