基于活血理论论治黄褐斑

Treatment of Melasma Based on the Theory of Promoting Blood Circulation

黄褐斑是一种由多因素导致的难治性色素性疾病。在中医学中被称为“蝴蝶斑、黧黑斑”。临床发现,活血疗法对黄褐斑具有很好的疗效,目前虽有相关文献记载活血疗法在黄褐斑治疗中的应用,但尚无文献对其进行整体论述,因此基于文献研究、临床案例,归纳总结临床常见的活血疗法,如行气活血、温阳(益气)活血、养血活血、滋阴活血等。此外,通过归纳演绎,发现在黄褐斑治疗中使用的光电技术也是一种特殊的活血疗法。未来,活血疗法可联合多种方法,使黄褐斑的临床疗效得到进一步提高。

Melasma is a refractory pigmented disease which caused by multiple factors.Traditional Chinese Medicine calls it“butterfly spot or dark spot”.Clinically,it has been found that promoting blood circulation therapy has a good effect on melasma.Although there are relevant literatures to record the application of promoting blood circulation therapy in the treatment of melasma,there is no relevant literature to discuss it as a whole.Therefore,based on literature studies and clinical cases,various clinical methods of promoting blood circulation therapy are summarized,such as promote Qi and blood circulation,warm Yang(nourish Qi)and blood circulation,nourish blood and blood circulation,nourish Yin and blood circulation,etc.In addition,through induction and deduction,the photoelectric technology used in the treatment of melasma is also a special promoting blood circulation therapy.In the future,promoting blood circulation therapy can be combined with a variety of methods to further improve the treatment effect of melasma.
