国家专利数据库外用中药制剂治疗银屑病用药规律分析

Analysis of Medication Rules About External Traditional Chinese Medicine Preparations in National Patent Database for Psoriasis

目的:基于数据挖掘技术分析国家专利数据库中外用中药制剂治疗银屑病的用药规律,为提升银屑病的中医临床疗效提供参考依据。方法:检索国家知识产权局专利局数据库中1990年1月-2024年1月关于治疗银屑病的外用中药制剂,将制剂名称、药物组成导入到古今医案云平台中,对药物进行频次、性味、归经统计和关联、聚类、复杂网络分析。结果:共检索到银屑病外用中药制剂167个,研究发现用药频次最多的药物为白鲜皮、苦参、蛇床子、黄柏、冰片、紫草等,性味以寒性为主,其次为温性、平性、微寒;五味中以苦味为主,辛、甘味次之;归经依次为肝、脾、心、肾、胃经。功效以清热燥湿、解毒、止痒、凉血为主;高频次配伍药对有4对,外用制剂核心用药以清热燥湿药物为主,其次为疏散风寒、疏散风热、凉血解毒、活血化瘀药。结论:外用中药制剂治疗银屑病应根据证型辨证加减用药,初期多为血热内蕴证,兼外感风寒、风热之邪,以清热解毒佐以疏散风热、风寒为法;中期多为湿毒蕴积、风寒湿痹、火毒炽盛证,以清热燥湿解毒、清热凉血为法;后期多属气滞血瘀、血虚风燥证,以养血活血、活血化瘀为法。

Objective:To employe the data mining technology to analysis medication rules of Chinese and external traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)preparations about the treatment of psoriasis in the national patent database,so as to improve the clinical efficacy of psoriasis.Methods:The external traditional chinese medicine preparations were searched for the treatment of psoriasis from January 1990 to January 2024 in the patent office database of the state intellectual property office,and the names of the preparations and drug compositions were imported into the ancient and modern medical record cloud platform.The medications rules of frequency,sex,taste,categorization statistics and correlation,clustering and complex network analysis were performed and analysed via data mining technology of this platform.Results:A total of 167 TCM preparations for psoriasis were retrieved.The study found that the most frequently used herbs were cortex dictamni,sophora,cnidium,Phellodendri,borneol,comfrey,etc.The main taste was cold,followed by warm,flat and slightly cold.Among the five tastes,bitter was the main taste,followed by sinuous and sweet.The meridians were liver,spleen,heart,kidney and stomach lines.The main effect was to clear heat and dry dampness,detoxify,relieve itching and cool blood.There were 4 pairs of high frequency compatible herbs,the core herbs of external preparation were mainly heat-clearing dampness-drying herbs,followed by wind-cold evacuation,wind-heat evacuation,blood-cooling detoxification,blood-activating and blood-stasis removal herbs.Conclusion:The treatment of psoriasis with patent compound of Chinese herbal medicine preparation is the addition and subtraction of medicine according to syndrome type differentiation in clinic.In the early stage,most of the blood heat is intrinsic,and the evil of wind cold and wind heat is exogenous,which is need to clear away heat and toxic materials,and to evacuate the evil of wind-heat and wind-cold.In the middle period,it is mainly the syndrome of wet poison is accumulated,anemofrigid-damp arthralgia and fire-poison flourishing,which is need to clearing away heat,toxic material and promoting diuresis,At a later stage,the main syndrome are Qi stagnation and blood stasis,blood deficiency and wind-dryness,which is expected to nourish blood and activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
