韩雪治疗儿童急性喘息性支气管炎用药规律分析

Analysis of the Medication Rules of Han Xue in the Treatment of AcuteAsthmatic Bronchitis in Children

目的:分析韩雪治疗儿童急性喘息性支气管炎用药规律。方法:收集2021年10月-2022年10月在河南省儿童医院中医科住院及门诊经韩雪主任诊治的急性喘息性支气管炎患儿的中药处方,构建数据库,通过频数分析、关联规则分析、因子分析、聚类分析,挖掘核心处方。结果:共收集214首处方,涉及60味中药,总用药频次2926次,其中频次>20次的药物有29味,主要为化痰止咳平喘药、解表药、清热药、补虚药、收涩药。使用药物以温性、寒性为主,归肺、脾经居多。常用药物配伍有6组,核心处方为款冬花、紫菀、射干、法半夏、五味子、细辛、麻黄、生姜、桑白皮、柴胡、炒枳实、黄芩、白芍。结论:韩雪从温肺化饮、下气祛痰、调畅气机入手治疗儿童急性喘息性支气管炎,标本兼顾,随证加减,具有鲜明的用药规律。

Objective:To analyse and research medication rule of Han Xue in the treatment for acute asthmatic bronchitis in children.Methods:First,collect the prescriptions of traditional chinese medicine for children who were diagnosed within acute asthmatic bronchitis and treated by Director Han Xue in the ward and outpatient departments of the Department of TCM of Henan Provincial Children's Hospital from October 2021 to October 2022,then construct a database.And then mine the core prescriptions through frequency analysis,association rule analysis,factor analysis,and cluster analysis.Results:Totally collected 214 kinds of prescriptions involving 60 kinds of Chinese medicine,with a total frequency of medicine 2926 times,in which,there are 29 kinds of medicine with medication frequency more than 20 times.They are mainly for expectorant cough suppressant and anti-asthmatic herbals,diaphoretic herbals,heat-clearing herbals,tonic herbals,astringent herbals.The largest proportion of drugs used of in the four qi were lukewarm and cold.The meridian tropism mainly lied in lung and stomach.There were 6 groups of common use drugs.The core prescriptions included Kuandonghua,Ziwan,Shegan,Fabanxia,Wuweizi,Xixin,Mahuang,Shengjiang,Sangbaipi,Chaihu,Chaozhishi,Huangqin,Baishao.Conclusion:S tarting with warming the lung and resolving fluid retention、relieving asthmaremoving phlegm、regulating the movement of gas,and adjusting medicinals according syndromes by grasping the pathogenesis,Han Xue's medication rules in treatment of acute asthmatic bronchitis in children is clear and distinct.
