基于CiteSpace的中医外治法治疗肥胖症可视化分析

Visualization and Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine ExternalTreatment for Obesity Based on CiteSpace

目的:应用CiteSpace探索中医外治法治疗肥胖症的研究概况及发展趋势,为后续研究提供参考。方法:检索并筛选中国知网中在2000年1月1日-2024年3月16日发表的有关此主题的文献,运用CS绘制可视化图谱,并统计分析作者、机构、文献关键词、共现及聚类分析等。结果:共2033篇文献纳入研究。在作者可视化中,刘志诚、徐斌、梁凤霞、周仲瑜、黄伟发文量≥20篇;在机构可视化中,南京中医药大学、湖北中医药大学针灸骨伤学院、南京中医药大学第二临床医学院发文量≥30篇;本领域研究主要关键词为:穴位埋线、肥胖、电针、针灸疗法等;研究热点主要集中于穴位埋线、针刺疗法、临床疗效、并发症等。结论:今后应设计多中心、大样本研究,增加多种外治法的对比及联合运用,以及深入研究糖脂代谢机制等。充分发挥中医外治法的优势,更好服务于临床。

Objective:To apply CiteSpace visualization and analysis software to explore the research overview and development trend of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment for obesity,and to provide reference for subsequent research.Methods:Search and Filter the literature on this topic published in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)between January 1,2000 and March 16,2024,and CS was applied to draw visual maps and perform bibliometric analyses,such as statistical,co-occurrence,and cluster analyses,on authors,institutions and keywords of the literature.Results:A total of 2033 documents were included in the analysis.In the author visualization analysis,Liu Zhicheng,Xu Bin,Liang Fengxia,Zhou Zhongyu,and Huang Wei had≥20 publications;in the institutional visualization analysis,Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Hubei University of Traditional Chinese Medicine School of Acupuncture and Orthopaedics,and the Second School of Clinical Medicine of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine had≥30 publications;the main keywords for research in this field were:catgut-embedding therapy,obesity,pulse electro-acupuncture therapy and acupuncture and moxibustion therapy,etc.The research hotspots mainly focus on catgut-embedding therapy,acupuncture and moxibustion therapy,clinical efficacy,complications,etc.Conclusion:In the future,there should be designs for multicenter,large-sample studies to increase the comparison and combined application of various external treatment methods,as well as to further investigate the mechanisms of glucose and lipid metabolism,among other areas.This will fully utilize the superior therapeutic effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)external treatments,providing more scientifically and objectively grounded references for clinical practice.
